Star Giga Establishment launches Goldcrest Dreams

Star Giga Establishment Limited, a joint venture between ETA Star Property Developers and Mazyood Giga International, has announced the launch of Goldcrest Dreams, an AED 700 million freehold residential property development in Ajman, at a press conference held at the Goldcrest Tent located next to Ex-Oasis Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

ETA Star participates in Arabian Travel Market

ETA Star will be participating in the Arabian Travel Market to be held in Dubai from May 2-5, 2006, at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Construction commences for The Liberty House

ETA STAR is pleased to announce the commencement of construction of the prestigious property development "The Liberty House" located at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

New Dubai Law welcomed by Property Investors

The revolutionary law paves way for non-UAE nationals to own properties in designated areas of Dubai Emirate and register their ownership with the Dubai Lands and Properties Department. The new Dubai law announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, re-confirms the visionary approach of Dubai government.

The law is of substantial nature and said to be followed by a number of new procedural bylaws that will identify the freehold areas the non-nationals could own, determine the registration fees and related procedures. The law has appointed Dubai Lands and Properties Department as a regulatory authority for all properties in the Emirate.

Once the procedurals are set in place, the law will bring the needed stability to real estate industry and help in its organized growth. The legalization of the private property ownership rights will be an enormous boost to trust and credibility of Dubai as an investment destination.

ETA Star partners with Red Crescent Authority for Ramadan

ETA Star today announced its support to the Red Crescent Authority (RCA), a primary humanitarian organization of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), to raise money to build homes for the destitute. Any property purchased from ETA Star and its joint venture partners Hircon and Star Giga during the Holy month of Ramadan will result in one per cent of the total sales value being donated to the RCA who in turn will build houses for the needy.

This cooperation between ETA Star and its joint venture partners Hircon and Star Giga with the RCA is expected to help thousands of needy families living around the world.

Finance House, joins the 9 leading banks in UAE

ETA Star announces their tie-ups with ten leading banks in the region for providing home loan options to its customers for all its projects. The banks that have signed up partnership agreement with ETA Star are: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank (ADCB), Arab Bank, Badr Al-Islami, Dubai Bank, First Gulf Bank, Mashreq, National Bank of Dubai (NBD), Tamweel and Union National Bank. Contract for enabling works awarded to Dutch Foundation

ETA Star has awarded a AED 19.7 million contract to Dutch Foundation & Concrete Processing Co. to carry out enabling work on The Summit, a 38-storey commercial and office tower located between Dubai Media City and Dubai Marina on Sheikh Zayed Road.

Under the contract, Dutch Foundation will handle all aspects related to the enabling package of the project, which include design, approval, supply, installation, guarantee and maintenance. The enabling work will cover mobilization shoring, earthwork, excavation, dewatering, piling work and testing, among others.

Abid A. Junaid, Executive Director, ETA Star, said, “We have worked with Dutch Foundation in other projects and we are very satisfied with the results. ETA Star is again looking forward to another fruitful collaboration in another very ambitious venture, The Summit, which is a first-of-its-kind condo office concept. This is a very crucial stage in the project as the enabling work will lay out the foundation of The Summit. We are confident that the Dutch Foundation will do a splendid job, which is why we are very pleased to award the enabling contract to them, knowing that we are also bringing a reputed name into this prestigious project."

Dutch Foundation will complete the enabling works in 175 days. It will also oversee the dewatering, which will be carried out by a sub-contractor for a contract valued at AED 500,000.

ETA Star, recently presented the second annual ‘Star Select’ Awards to chosen partners and sales agents at a grand function held at Marriott Courtyard Hotel in Dubai.

ETA Star Select 2nd Quarterly Rally held

The 2nd ETA Star Select Club Quarterly Rally was held on 31 October 2006 at the Shangri La and was yet again dominated by the performance of Stars Dome Real Estate for winning major awards as well as the Milestone award of 10 laptops after producing sales of more than AED 100 Million.

ETA STAR Commences Construction at Palm Crescent

The dignitaries shoveling the first cubic metre of earth at the project site to mark the construction of Taj Exotica & Spa and the Grandeur Residences on Palm Jumeirah.

ETA Star commenced the construction on the Taj Exotica & Spa and the Grandeur Residences with the ground-breaking ceremony on 18th March at the Jumeirah Palm Crescent site. The Resort & Spa project was launched in partnership with the world renowned Taj Group of Hotels.

Mr. Ratan N. Tata, Chairman of Taj Group signaled the commencement of piling operations at project site. ETA joint venture wins Contract worth One Billion Dirhams at Burj Dubai

The ETA-led joint venture has received a Dh One billion contract for the mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire fighting works on the Burj Dubai, stated to be the world?s tallest tower.

ETA is executing this prestigious project with joint venture partners Hitachi Plant Engineering and Construction Co. Ltd. of Japan and Voltas Ltd of India. Currently rising at a rate of one floor per week, the Burj Dubai is located off Shaikh Zayed road at the heart of the mixed-use development.

The landmark project when completed will create an elegant new downtown for Dubai.

The Burj Dubai tower is the centre-piece of the 500-acre Burj Dubai development.
